Mayor Kos this morning met with members of Chicopee’s Legislative Delegation. In attendance were Representatives Joseph Wagner, Jose Tosado, and Michael Finn as well as Senators Eric Lesser, James Welch, and Don Humason.

The group discussed various issues impacting the City of Chicopee including the $2.6 million MassWorks grant for the west end infrastructure project, economic development, job training, and the homeless issue.

“Chicopee is well represented on Beacon Hill,” said Mayor Kos. “With three Senators and four Representatives, Chicopee never goes unnoticed. I want to thank Chairman Wagner and the delegation for joining us this morning to discuss many issues affecting Chicopee and how we can best address them.”
