Despite pandemic-related delays, the Lincoln Grove Splash pad is nearly complete!  Federal Community Development  Block grant funds were utilized to undertake the project.  Area Pre-schoolers selected the design.  We can't wait to see them all out there playing.  Here is hoping for a healthy 2021!
