CHICOPEE PARKS DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCES END OF THE POOL SEASON

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 


CHICOPEE – The City of Chicopee Parks and Recreation Department announced today the final schedule for Ray Ash Pool and Rivers Pool.

Rivers Pool will be closing on Sunday, August 18th. The hours of operation will remain from 12 pm to 7 pm until closing.

Ray Ash Pool will tentatively be closing Sunday, August 25th. The hours of operation will remain from 12 pm to 7 pm until Sunday, August 18th. Beginning Monday, August 19th, Ray Ash Pool hours will be 12 pm to 5 pm until closing.

The cost for a one-day pass to the pools is $3 for residents and $5 for non-residents.

All City-owned spray features will remain open until late September, weather permitting. Spray feature hours are 10 am to 7 pm and are free to the public.
