The Chicopee Athletics Hall of Fame is currently accepting nominations now until April 5, 2019.

Please take a moment to reflect on your time as an athlete, a coach, or a contributor to the great city of Chicopee. As you reflect, is there someone who comes to mind that you feel should be included in the Chicopee Athletics HOF? We certainly hope that you can think of someone!

If so, please review the nomination form for the qualifications for nominating and then fill out the form and return it to the Chicopee Athletic Department. Nominations can come from anyone-a father, a daughter, a coach, a friend. Please provide as much information on the forms as you possibly can. Did your nominee win any athletic awards (All Western MA, etc.) while in high school? Did your coach win any championships while coaching?

These are the details that will help our committee in the selection process. The more information you provide, the better your nominee’s chances are of being selected and inducted into this prestigious group of individuals and teams.

Please fill out the nomination form (you can nominate more than one person or team), and return to the Chicopee Athletic Department by April 5, 2019.
