Based upon participant feedback from the City's Spring 2018 Rental Property training's, the City of Chicopee's Office of Community Development is hosting an in-dept trainings on Habitability, Code Compliance, and Lead Hazards.

The first session will be held on Tuesday, October 2nd from 6-8PM, at the Munich Haus, 13 Center Street Chicopee. The second session will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 16th at the Munich Haus from 6-8PM.  The training for the second session will be on Fair Housing, Marketing and Tenant Selection.  The property is fully accessible.
