The start of school may seem far off but not for the folks at Holyoke-Chicopee-Springfield Head Start.  Their construction team is hard at work renovating the former Chicopee Falls Library for a September Grand-Reopening.  In addition to making the site available for this worthwhile use, the Mayor committed $25,000 in Community Development Block Grant funds toward the necessary Improvements.  We will be following their progress all summer !
