Nearly 50 Chicopee Rental Property Owners participated in a City-sponsored education program.  The three part series provided information and educational materials on tenant selection, fair housing, code compliance, and lead paint laws.  Funded with federal Community Development Block Grant funds, the program was presented by John Fisher of Wayfinders.

The City intends to host a second session of workshops in September.
