The Mayor’s Office this afternoon received notice that Governor Deval Patrick has ordered that all United States flags, as well as all Commonwealth flags be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings from sunrise until sunset tomorrow, Saturday, January 11, 2014.

The order is in honor of SPC Ryan A. Goldie, U.S. Army, of Wareham who died December 22, 2013. The City of Chicopee will adhere to the order.
