Our Fitness Center here at RiverMills has welcomed 204 new participant sign-ups as of this time in 2016.
Participation definitely has been noticeably higher; starting as soon as we open in the morning, there are already several seniors utilizing the machines & improving their health each day!
The many exercise programs & the Fitness Center are great ways for seniors to stay healthy by remaining active, & the staff here at RiverMills loves to see new people becoming an active (& healthy) part of our Center!
