Chicopee Electric Light (CEL) customers will see a 10% reduction in their electric bills for the months of November and December. 

A line item called “Holiday Discount” will appear on the bill to accommodate this discount.  A combination of prudent power supply management, lower than expected natural gas prices and higher than budgeted electric sales are the main drivers for this discount.
