Chicopee Emergency ALERT System
NOTICE: On June 1, 2023, we will switch to Rave Mobile Safety as our Emergency ALERT system. Rave allows us to keep the same level of service as the old system, at lower costs. All City telephone numbers published on the white or yellow pages were loaded to the new system.
To add a second telephone number, or opt-in for text or email notifications, please register at our Swift911 portal found here.
If you opted-in under Everbridge with only an email address, you will need to register for Rave. If you provided a telephone number when you opted-in under Everbridge, your information was migrated to the new system; you will still need to register on the Rave portal to manage future subscription changes.

Get alerted about emergencies and other important community news by signing up for our Emergency Alert Program. This emergency notification system enables the City to provide you with critical information quickly in a variety of situations, such as severe weather, unexpected road closures, missing persons, and evacuation of buildings or neighborhoods.
You will receive time-sensitive messages wherever you specify, such as your home, cell, or business phone, email, text messages, hearing impaired receiving devices, and more. You pick where, you pick how.
Please log into our Chicopee Emergency ALERT System portal here.
