Join Lacy Hines a certified personal trainer for some fitness workouts at Szot Park next to the outdoor Basketball Courts. The classes will take place Monday and Wednesday Evenings from 5:30 - 6:30 PM. Classes will run October 3 - October 24, 2022. These will be free classes offered to try the program out. Weather permitting. Through these classes you will bring up your heart rate through a series of exercise moves, strengthen and build muscle.
You will need to bring is a yoga mat, water bottle and some dumbbells.
